Removing the hair extension
We remove your hair extension carefully and with passion. Normally, with our hair extensions, it is easily possible to remove the hair without leaving any residue and without much hair loss. Should it nevertheless happen that felt has formed between your extensions, we do not give up immediately and reach for scissors, but defelt your hair patiently and as carefully as possible.
The reasons for the formation of felt on the head of your hair extension are many. From incorrect or missing care (regularly combing and separating hair) to mistakes during training, we have already experienced a lot. For this reason, we would like to clarify here once again that we also help you even if the training or maintenance errors were not caused by us, but by external work.
We strongly recommend that you do not try to remove the extensions yourself in case of problems. Untrained hands can cause a lot of damage in a short time. Ask us in advance, we are here for you!
